Seniors

Any Senior who has an accessibility need is eligible for an NewWell Fund loan.  The Federal Government has encouraged all programs like the NewWell Fund to reach out to seniors to assist them in obtaining loans for home modifications, adaptive equipment (e.g. motorized scooters, wheelchairs, adapted vehicles, expensive hearing aids, altering "SOS' devices, etc.) and a wide range of new technology that can help seniors remain in their homes and communities, avoiding nursing facility admissions.  Loans for these critical assistive items can truly improve the quality of life for seniors and ease some of the burden of care with families and caregivers.  Any senior is eligible to apply (at all income levels).  You do not have to have low income to receive an NewWell Fund loan.
